For how long do I have the headphones for?

You have the headphones for 24 hours. If you need it for longer, contact us and we will make a special discount.

How many headphones can I rent?

We currently have up to 30 wireless headphones available per event. Let us know your group size and we’ll confirm availability.

Can we use our own music or DJ?

Yes. You can connect easily through bluetooth your own playlists, DJ equipment, or live audio source. 3 channels are available so guests can switch between music. Each channel have a specific light color on the headphones, so you can easy spot who is listening on which channel.

Are the headphones suitable for outdoor events?

Yes. The system works well for outdoor events such as beach sessions, terraces, and open-air venues. Headphones work up to 500 metres from the transmitter in open space.

Do you provide setup and technical support?

It’s very easy to set up the Silent Disco Party through bluetooth, setup guidance is included. On-site assistance can be arranged on request.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and cover the equipment during the rental period. The exact amount depends on the size of the rental and will be confirmed when you request a quote.

What happens if equipment is damaged?

We understand that accidents can happen. Any damaged or lost equipment may be charged for, depending on the extent of the damage. We’ll always assess this fairly and discuss it with you before any costs are applied.
