Who is this for?

For individual entrepreneurs and companies—including startups and teams expanding or opening a branch in Portugal. This is a business address service (registered office/domiciliation) and cannot be used as a residential address. In Portugal, an individual’s tax domicile is their habitual residence; for companies and branches it’s the registered office or place of effective management.

What documents do I need?

ID and company details (including NIF).

How do I receive mail?

Your mail is delivered to our coworking address. If you need to digitize it we will (with your permission) open it, scan it, and share it to you. You can add monthly forwarding of the original mail to your address; otherwise, we store it safely here for pickup up to 60 days.

Can you invoice my company?

Yes, VAT-compliant invoices for businesses.

Do you offer original copy monthly forwardings?

Yes, we offer monthly forwarding of original mail for an additional fee.

Is a meeting room included?

Meeting room access is not included. However, you receive a 20% discount when booking our meeting room. The standard rate is €15 per hour, and it accommodates up to 4 people. Read more here.

Contract length & cancellation?

Our plans are billed quarterly. You can cancel before the next billing cycle.

Do you offer phone answering ?

We don’t offer phone answering at the moment.
